• Execute a listing agreement between the Seller and Umlauf, O’Dell & Associates that includes a range of value and specific listing price.

• Create a marketing brief for our referral/buyer database and a full marketing packet to be provided to prospective qualified buyers with whom we have a confidentially agreement.

• Schedule showings with Seller to interested buyers.

• Solicit, review, and explain offers to Seller.

• Accept offer as Seller’s agent, collect escrow, assist in the performance of due diligence from acceptance through closing
